'Uncharted' Video Game To Seek Big-Screen 'Fortune' With David O. Russell As Director
When studio execs green light a movie like "Predators," they're usually not thinking of it as a one-off; they've got franchise on the mind... which is why it was no surprise that the ending of this summer's man-vs.-alien reboot left the door wide freaking open for a sequel (or sequels).
"I think it's done well enough to justify [a sequel] for sure," star Adrien Brody told MTV News while promoting the movie's DVD release at New York Comic Con. It would seem that it has. The film cost a reported $45 million to make, and raked in $52.9 million domestically and $125 mil worldwide.
"I think the goal initially was to make a film that is worthy of [a franchise]," Brody said. "The film is even structured that way... to kick in for another one. I'd be excited. I'd be excited to do it. I think that was part of the allure."
Brody, however, says that he and director Nimrod Antal haven't yet discussed "Predators 2" in any rock-solid terms. "Never really. We had a lot of work set out for us... Unless it's concrete, unless you already have the specific agenda, you've got to focus all your energy on a day-by-day-by-day basis on overcoming the obstacles that present themselves to you every day. And I was in the gym every day after work and forcing myself to eat, so I wasn't really hanging out."
So long as the sequel includes that Arnold Schwarzenegger cameo Brody was telling us about the other day, we're happy.
Would you be stoked for a "Predators" sequel? Tell us in the comments!

Filming Production Begins On The Set Of ‘The Hangover 2’
Yesterday turned out to be a totally lazy day for me … I spent much of the day playing video games on my Nintendo DS and not doing pretty much anything else. I did venture out of the house last night to sate my hunger for a plate of Aussie Cheese Fries from Outback:
After my breathing became labored and my arteries had sufficiently hardened, it was time to get back home. David and I received some very sad news of a death in a friend’s family so David booked a flight back East to attend the funeral which will be held tomorrow. I dropped him off at the airport this morning. Since I’ll be flying solo for a couple of days I can get some things taken care of … hopefully I’ll find our Hallowe’en costumes today or tomorrow. The weather heated up considerably here in SoCal, much to my glee. Happy Sunday, y’all.

Chelsea Handler has brushed off reports she’s dating 50 Cent after a recent night out together, revealing she met the rapper to discuss “a potential project”.
The In Da Club hitmaker sparked romance rumors when he was spotted getting cosy with Handler at a jazz bar in New Orleans this weekend, just days after professing his love for her talk show, Chelsea Lately.
The hip-hop star failed to put an end to the speculation when he was quizzed by photographers on his way to a restaurant in Beverly Hills on Tuesday – but Handler is adamant there is no romance.
In a post on her Twitter.com page, she writes, “Everyone, calm down. I met with Mr. Cent about a potential project. There’s nothing to report yet, I’ll let you know if there is.”

Lil Wayne has asked fans to stop sending him mail in prison
Fired CNN host Rick Sanchez has apologized to Jon Stewart and anyone else he offended with what he calls “inartful comments” he made during a radio interview.
Sanchez issued a blanket statement Wednesday, five days after he was fired from CNN for his remarks, including branding Stewart a bigot and questioning whether Jews should be considered a minority.
In Sanchez’s statement, he said he had had a “very good conversation” on Monday with Stewart, who anchors the satirical “Daily Show” on Comedy Central.
Sanchez also says he has highest regards for CNN, his employer for six years.
Comedy Central declined to confirm Wednesday whether Stewart and Sanchez have spoken since Sanchez’s radio outbursts last week.

DJ J-Love Mixtapes Feature Some Of The Biggest Rap Stars
Nas is considered one of the greatest rappers of all time. His lyrics and his style of rapping are arguably the best in the business. His debut album, Illmatic, is considered a classic in the genre. Nas is as well-known for his feuds with other rappers, specifically Jay-Z and 50 Cent. Nas mixtapes are a medium for him to express himself between albums, especially when he is called out in songs by his nemeses.
